We provide free standard for all orders Australia wide.

Timeframes

Our artworks are made locally right here in Sydney.

  • Print-only orders or original artwork orders will be dispatched from our workshop within 3 - 5 business days (although we often get these out faster).
  • Orders that utilise our bespoke framing service will take 2-3 weeks to be dispatched.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched so you can keep a close eye on it's location - just give it 24 hours for the first update to display on the tracking page.

We use the Couriers Please service for the majority of our parcels.

Steady Shipping Guarantee

We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping on Steady Store. We provide complimentary insurance up to $1,000 AUD for items confirmed by our team to be lost or damaged in transit.
Lost Orders

If you suspect your order might be lost & the tracking link hasn't updated within the last three business days, don't stress we've got you! Contact us with your order number at hello@steadystore.com.au & we will follow up with the courier ASAP.

If in the worst case scenario, the courier cannot locate your artwork, we will make & ship a replacement out to you at no extra cost - no worries.
Damaged Artworks

If your artwork has arrived with a blemish, don't stress! Take a couple of photos in good natural lighting & email us at hello@steadystore.com.au as soon as possible.

If we find that the artwork didn't arrive in 100% condition, we will replace, credit or refund you. Please allow up to 10 days for any refunds to appear in your bank account.

Postage to PO Boxes

To ensure your artworks end up in the right hands, we only ship 'signature-on-delivery' & so cannot post orders to PO boxes.
